Upcoming Food Drive and Student Incentives

Starting Monday, September 14th, Gordonsville High School will be taking a part in a food drive contest between us and Carthage. The goods will go to our local food bank to help families of need in the county, and will conclude on October 2. Details of what to donate are in the flyer below. For an incentive for students who bring in items, we will allow every student who brings in an item to wear shorts on that day. We will have a collection box in the front lobby when students come in to put their items in. ​
Details of the shorts that will be permitted:

• Shorts must be an appropriate length (3 inches above the top of kneecap, about the size of an index card)
• No spandex shorts allowed
